In order to create our own unique style, photographers must first discover what they really like. I personally like oil painting.

Jeremy Chan

It is precisely because of Jeremy’s love for oil painting, he integrated the characteristics of oil painting style into digital images, thereby creating a unique and intriguing style of oil painting and film style!

Next, it was the young photographer, Jesse, who is popular all over China with his series of grandpa photos. He shared his photography insights through his travel experience, his feeling being an amateur photographer, his photography experience, and his trip to Fiji.

Photography = creativity + life + love + never forget your why you started

Images come from life, photographers who don’t understand life are not good photographers
Excellent works come from love, loving the family, in love with society, and love in photography
Don’t forget your original intention, think about why you chose photography? Break through yourself and live better!

Jesse

The next speaker in the afternoon: He once shot Cecilia Cheung and Nicholas Tse wedding, and Dicky Zhang’s wedding, he is the photographer of the family of Philippine Vice President, and holder of WPPI double honor master. He is the Philippine famous photographer Lito Sy!

Lito Sy live demonstration

I began as an assistant, changing batteries and lighting was my duty. Later, I decided to be a professional photographer. I participated in many workshops. SOM workshops are good learning opportunities.
Participate in more international competitions, such as: WPPI, WPPA …
Take less photo job to spare your time for building your own brand

Lito Sy

Then, Rainy Xia, a color management expert who has been engaged in image color management for many years, shared post-processing techniques and blind spots, and analyzed the pain points of photographers during post-processing.

Color tone needs good color control on your monitor, which reduces a lot of repetitive time. Right coloraturas doesn’t come from luck.
When selecting paper, not just paper texture, but also sufficient color gamut performance.

Rainy Xia

Grandly debuted is CM Leung, the world’s first Chinese photographer who won the WPPI honor, and one of the top ten wedding photographers in China

CM shared his experience and skills in photo documentary, as he found that more than half of his many WPPI award-winning works are documentary photography.

Learning the skill of documentary photography gives you many advantages for wedding photography, as you cannot use flash for documentary photography, find and use good natural light.
It doesn’t matter what ISO you use for documentary photography, you don’t need a good camera, don’t be too shy .
3 elements of a good documentary photo: Light + Composition + Story
I am now learning to do videography and add value to myself so that I will not be easily eliminated
